About GSESC2027

GSESC2027 is a three-day international summit scheduled for 17-19 March 2027 in Zurich, Switzerland, focused on environmental engineering and sustainable chemistry. The conference program is designed to bring together researchers, engineers, chemists, sustainability professionals, policy contributors, and industry innovators to discuss practical and scalable responses to water, waste, pollution, renewable resources, climate mitigation, and circular chemical manufacturing challenges. Zurich provides a strong setting for this topic, with a recognized sustainability strategy, efficient public transport links, and a nearby research ecosystem that includes leading work in environmental engineering, aquatic science, water treatment, and sustainable catalysis. Environmental engineering for water, air, soil, and urban systems Green chemistry, sustainable catalysis, and safer chemical processes Wastewater treatment, water reuse, and nutrient recovery Renewable resources, bio-based materials, and circular economy models Climate change mitigation, carbon management, and resilient infrastructure
